
This is a picture of the lovely Angelina River, which runs through the farmland. In the old days, barges would chug down the mighty Angelina, which runs from Washington State all the way to the Gulf of Mexico. (Bet you didn't learn about that in Geography.) Today, the water has receded so much that anything larger than a paddleboat or canoe has little chance of making it through.
