How do you not know when your pants are on backwards? Even if you're six years old, you should realize if you're having to button them a little differently than normal. If mommy dearest is the one doing the zipping and snapping, the issue is even more serious. Don't you know your child's front from her back?

Parents, sound off.
(Just kidding.)

One would think this was common sense. But in my class, it has happened a few times.

I even have been in the presence of someone discovering that he was wearing his wifes jeans as opposed to his own. He was only one of our Deans in college. That one was never lived down!

Nice blog by the way!

I bet that kinda mistake makes bathroom emergencies (which you teachers of little ones have ALL the time) much more interesting and heart pounding :-) You have my sympathy dear.
